History of Kashan Wire Industries

Kashan Wire Industries was established on July 11, 1987, aimed at producing aluminum insect screens. Operating under the principal agreement of the Department of Industrial Projects Evaluation of the Ministry of Industry, the company commenced its operations with an annual production plan of 350 tons of aluminum insect screens and was registered under registration number 435 with the Kashan Companies Registration Office.

The Kashan Wire Industries manufacturing plant was established on a 37,000-square-meter site at Km 12 of the Kashan–Qom Road, adjacent to Khozaq village. Concurrently with the factory design and civil construction, woven wire mesh machinery was procured from Germany and imported to Iran.

Plant construction, machinery installation, and essential infrastructure were completed in the first half of 1992, and aluminum mesh production officially commenced in December of the same year across three operating shifts.

Following the commissioning of the plant, Kashan Wire Industries implemented expansion projects to broaden its operations to the production of 5000-series aluminum alloy rods, wires, and fine wires, establishing R&D and engineering units to support manufacturing processes and product development.

کشش سیم‌های ظریف و سوپرفاین

صنایع توری کاشان انواع سیم آلومینیومی آلیاژی 5052 را در قطرهای ظریف و سوپرفاین و روی قرقره‌های پلاستیکی ۱۶۰، ۲۰۰ و ۳۵۰ میلی‌متری تولید می‌کند.

بافت توری آلومینیومی و استیل

تولید توری آلومینیومی پشه‌ای با تراکم‌های 18×16 و 28×22 و همچنین توری استیل با تراکم‌های 10×10 تا 40×40 از توانمندی‌های تولیدی شرکت است.
